At Posestvo Ana, we believe that food should reflect the richness of nature and the simplicity of homeliness. That’s why, for every meal, we carefully select seasonal ingredients – either from the estate, where everything grows without pesticides, or from trusted local farmers. Fresh fruit grown on the estate, homemade teas gathered throughout the year, and herbs from the garden bring the authentic flavors of Haloze to our table.

Breakfast and dinner are prepared using local delicacies, with specialties such as “happy” eggs, nettle soup, and freshly caught trout. The estate is home to 100 walnut trees, so we indulge you with the delicate flavors of walnuts in every dessert.

Our menu also includes typical dishes from Haloze, prepared according to traditional recipes, and high-quality meat in moderate amounts. Each meal is complemented with herbs like rosemary, sage, immortelle, and many others that give our dishes their distinctive aroma and soul.
